Choosing the right tableware is an all-too-often overlooked element of presentation. Our tableware provides a vehicle for plating that can actually elevate the dining experience. Our plates add unique character to your front-of-house, while being durable enough for your back-of-house. All our plates are dishwasher and microwave safe, designed not only for the table, but for the chef.
All pieces are made to order and generally take between 4-8 weeks to ship.

We can work with you to create a custom line to outfit your new space. With Chef Taibe of Taproot, we created a unique line for his new restaurant pulling inspiration from the handcrafted wooden tables, custom made bar top, and vintage tin ceiling tiles, so that the dinnerware would be a fully integrated part of the new restaurant space.
Working with an established restaurant space like The Twisted Oak, the challenge of replacing an entire kitchen worth of old white plates was taken on over an extended period of time. Slowly integrating the new plates in "trial runs" until we were able to eventually fully switch over to a line that Chef/Owner Michael Cutney knew would bring new life to an already incredible dining experience.
As one of the top restaurants in the world, the ever evolving menu of carefully grown and meticulously prepared ingredients requires tableware befitting the venue. We are working with Chef Dan Barber and his team at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in a fully collaborative design process, creating an ever expanding collection of new, unique, and innovative dinnerware for the restaurant.
