We're on the table at
The Chef's Favorite
one plate, so many ways.
This piece ticks every box, it’s the one-man band of the group. It can be used every day in every way.
It has enough surface area to plate multiple things and not have them get forced into the middle like two people trying to share a hammock, but it’s got deep enough sides so you can ladle a nice saucy stew over rice, your favorite pasta, or a big hearty solo salad, and not have to worry about spilling your food all over the place as soon as you try to eat it.
It stands alone for a solo entree or can be used as a serving dish at your next party for anything from appetizers to desserts, for a shared family-style meal or simply sitting pretty on a buffet table. It’s really all you need!

From Chef to Potter.
Connor transitioned from fine-dining farm-to-table chef to ceramicist in 2016; his process is influenced by hospitality and community. Each piece is sculpted at his new studio Tarrytown, NY in collaboration with chefs, cooks, servers, and diners in mind to create an artful canvas for food. Connor has been commissioned to create plateware for the world’s best restaurants. His online marketplace opened in March 2020 to offer unique tableware to those looking to create a restaurant-like experience at home.
“The most successful chefs—the happiest chefs—are constantly pushing themselves. Changing the menu. Bringing in new sources, and continuing to evolve. That’s what I want to do with my pottery”

Most people are more familiar with porcelain dinnerware, it’s more common, it’s light, delicate, with a smooth texture. Our porcelain dinnerware is more durable than most due to our unique mixture of clay used. Stoneware is more rustic, it has an earthy texture and stone-like quality with a more porous finish. Stoneware is typically heavier and more dense than porcelain.
