Returns & Exchanges
For all other orders, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@connormcginnstudios.com with the following:
- Your name and order number
- Your shipping address
- A clear photo of the damaged item
Once we review your request, we will send a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If you don’t see your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
