Connor made the transition from cooking in fine-dining farm-to-table restarants to getting his hands dirty in the ceramics studio in 2016; trading in his chefs knives and sautee pans for a pottery wheel and a kiln.
His process is strongly influenced by his time working in the hospitality industry. For the first 3-4 years Connor developed his production processes and designs in collaboration with some of the best chefs in NY to create pieces specifically built to withstand the rigors of an industrial kitchen, as well as the keen artistic eye of the world class chefs he was working with.
Each piece is individually sculpted by hand at his small batch studio in Tarrytown, NY in collaboration with chefs, cooks, servers, and diners in mind to create artful canvases for food. Connor has been commissioned to create plateware for some of the world’s best restaurants.
After years of honing his skills, dialing in the designs, and building a small team of incredibly telented makers, Connor has expended his offerings beyond the restaurant to offer a curated Signature Line for homes as well.
