Returns: We cannot accept returns on orders from our 2nds & Overstock sales or gift cards.

We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

In Stock: Ships within 1-2 business days

Back-Ordered: product or glaze is out of stock, it'll ship in 2 weeks.  Heads Up: Your entire cart will ship in 1-2 weeks because of back-ordered items.
